Rechartering

Each year the a district club hosts a Mass, dinner, and meeting to accept the Bishop’s issuing the charter for the local Serra organization. In addition, new members for the Serra clubs are installed.

An important part of each meeting has been the presentation of the Sister Laura Bouhall award. The award was given to a member of a district Serra club who demonstrated years of service to the community and to the Serra organization. Sister Bouhall was alway in attendance. She was an Ursuline Sister for 66 years before passing away in 2017.
